Ashcroft v. ACLU, 03-218

I'm going to wait until My 2 Cents goes ballistic over the ACLU's First Amendment win in the U.S. Supreme Court today before I take on this issue. The Court ruled the "Child Online Protection Act" probably violates the freedom of speech as provided in the First Amendment.

As I've encouraged everyone in the past, I encourage everyone to read the decision and opinions before taking sides on the issue. You can read opinions here: Ashcroft v. American Civil Liberties Union, 03-218

Although I know My 2 Cents will probably get his opinion on this issue from Drudge and/or Hannity, I hope he will at least skim the Court's actual information before he wails at the top of his lungs, "THE ACLU IS PROTECTING CHILD PORNOGRAPHERS!"
